Project Administration

 


The purpose of Project Administration is to ensure that the lender’s underwriting specifications are met from loan closing throughout the development process.

  • Provide a minimum of one site visit per month in order to ascertain the status of the project. During the site visit we review the performance of each trade and report on the construction progress and current challenges.

  • Review the developer’s draw requests including the contractor’s monthly pay applications, including any change orders and lien waivers, to ensure that the work billed is complete.

  • Review and update the project schedule to ensure that the schedule is being met.

  • At project completion we will ensure that the punch list is complete, that all permits have been closed out and that all necessary approvals have been received.
