MPG was founded in 2005 by T. Martin Fridy, Myles H. Wilkinson and Todd H. Snyder. MPG’s mission is to generate quality real estate developments, by creating relationships with property owners, lenders, contractors and other real estate professionals throughout the Southeastern United States.

Real estate development is similar to putting together a puzzle, only not as simple, as the pieces of the puzzle continually change. Our management philosophy is to remain innately involved in the entire development process, thereby being able to recognize when the pieces of the puzzle are changing which allow us to make quick, informed decisions.
