About Magnolia Property Group

Founded in 2005, Magnolia Property Group, Inc., develops and manages retail property throughout the southeastern United States.

MPG focuses on freestanding retail and restaurant developments, neighborhood centers, adaptive re-use, and mixed-use affordable housing developments. MPG’s projects are located within neighborhood, community and regional trade areas. Much of our business is through multi-store development programs for an ever-growing list of repeat retail clientele.

The firm brings its expertise into the acquisition, development, construction, finance, and sale of retail property. These many years of experience in the construction and general commercial real estate arena provide a strong foundation in site selection, construction management, development, and property management operations.  These skills come to bear in executing retail projects.

T. Martin Fridy

Magnolia Property Group. Inc.: 2005 – Present MPG was founded in 2005 by Martin Fridy, Myles Wilkinson and Todd Snyder. MPG’s mission is to provide project management services for the real estate owners, developers, investors, and lenders and to generate new retail development projects in the Carolinas.

RealtiCorp: 2002 – 2005
RealtiCorp is a Greenville based real estate company specializing in land development throughout the southeast. While employed by RealtiCorp, Mr. Fridy was Director of Development, responsible for the management and implementation of project development. Mr. Fridy worked closely with the Regional Partners and consultants throughout the development process to ensure that projects were consistent with the various client’s specifications and needs. Specifically, Mr. Fridy was involved in project feasibility and due diligence, developing project budgets and maintaining cost control, project planning and management of the construction process.

Centennial American Properties, LLC: 1999 – 2002
Centennial American Properties, LLC is a Greenville based commercial real estate company specializing in retail shopping center development throughout the southeast. While employed at CAP, Mr. Fridy was Director of Construction, responsible for management and implementation of project development. Responsibilities included project feasibility, budgeting, managing and coordinating the various development consultants such as civil engineers, surveyors, and architects along with the general contractor and various tenants. Various projects included 3 Bi-Lo developments; 2 Harris Teeter developments; various developments with tenants such as Circuit City, Michaels, Office Max, Staples, Linens-N-Things, Stein Mart, Old Navy, Shoe Carnival, etc., and 3 Eckerd drug stores.

Fluor Daniel Corp.: 1997 – 1999
Fluor Corp. is a world wide construction and engineering company specializing in engineering and construction of commercial and industrial facilities throughout the world. While employed at Fluor, Mr. Fridy had various positions including project estimator, project engineer, and project superintendent.

Morris Construction Company, Inc.: 1995 – 1997
Morris Construction is a Greenville based general contractor specializing in commercial and industrial construction. While employed at Morris, Mr. Fridy was a project manager responsible for project estimating and management of various commercial, residential and industrial projects.

Camilla Fridy

Magnolia Property Group February 2022-Present:

Camilla graduated from Clemson University in December 2021.  She joined MPG following graduation as the Office Administrator. Camilla looks forward to gaining more experience in the development of projects and becoming more familiar with the industry as a whole.

When not working Camilla is involved with many organizations serving the children of the Greenville area.  She is a Big Sister in the Big Brother/Big Sister organization.  She is a volunteer and mentor at the Poe Mill Achievement Center provides support and opportunities for elementary aged children.  An accomplished athlete, Camilla enjoys coaching girls’ basketball and developing relationships with middle school aged girls.

Zach joined MPG as a Partner in 2019 to extend the reach of MPG’s mission by sourcing quality retail development projects in the Southeast.

Circle K Stores, Inc., 2015 – 2019
Circle K Stores, Inc is a global Convenience Store and Fuel brand based in Laval, Quebec, CA and is the second largest operator in the world. Zach was a Real Estate Manager for Circle K and was responsible for site selection, project feasibility, deal negotiations, corporate approvals, diligence, project budgets and municipality approvals. Zach was a member of the multi-site acquisitions team responsible for site level investigation for projects located in the Carolinas, Georgia, and Texas.

WRH Realty Services, Inc., 2012 – 2015
WRH Realty Services is a St. Petersburg, FL based Owner, Developer and Manager of Multi-Family properties through out the Southeast and Texas. While employed at WRH, Zach held a project management role where he was responsible for renovation projects for existing assets. Additionally, Zach was a member of the acquisitions team for both WRH and Third-Party Clients.

Acuity Real Estate Services, LLC., 2010 – 2012
Acuity Real Estate Services is a Tampa, FL based corporate relocation services company. During his time at Acuity, Zach was responsible for launching and all operational facets of EffectiveAgents, a nationwide residential real estate sales data base providing real estate agent sales data to home buyers and sellers.
