- Once the Project Feasibility has been completed and the owner/developer has decided to proceed with the due diligence we will coordinate all due diligence investigations needed in order to acquire the property.
- Solicit proposals from environmental engineers, geotechnical engineers, civil engineers, architects, landscape architects, etc.
- Review the proposals and select the consultants.
- Coordinate the environmental audits, building evaluations, asbestos/lead investigations, geotechnical investigation, civil engineering, architecture, landscape architects, etc.
- Coordinate the permitting process with the various regulatory agencies.
- Continuously review site and building plans to ensure that the plans meet the client’s development objectives.
- Develop an overall project budget and cash flow.
- Provide a complete, thorough and concise report that provides details and background information for the above items.
