Complete Project Due Diligence

  • Once the Project Feasibility has been completed and the owner/developer has decided to proceed with the due diligence we will coordinate all due diligence investigations needed in order to acquire the property. 
  • Solicit proposals from environmental engineers, geotechnical engineers, civil engineers, architects, landscape architects, etc.
  • Review the proposals and select the consultants.
  • Coordinate the environmental audits, building evaluations, asbestos/lead investigations, geotechnical investigation, civil engineering, architecture, landscape architects, etc.
  • Coordinate the permitting process with the various regulatory agencies.
  • Continuously review site and building plans to ensure that the plans meet the client’s development objectives.
  • Develop an overall project budget and cash flow.
  • Provide a complete, thorough and concise report that provides details and background information for the above items.
